What should I expect the church to be like?
Expect to meet a wide variety of friendly people of all ages. Expect a lively worship service with blended styles of music that include both contemporary and traditional elements. Expect to sing some songs from PowerPoint and some songs from the hymnal. The Pastor’s sermon outline will be displayed on the Media Screens as he progresses through his message. Expect a conversational preaching style, with heavy emphasis on the Bible. Expect to be challenged to grow spiritually.

What should I bring?

Bring a Bible, and if you wish to take notes on the sermon, bring a pen or pencil and a note pad to take notes on. Many members take notes on the back of the Sunday bulletin.

Where do I park?
There is plenty of parking at the rear of the church campus. Entrances to the rear parking lots are accessible from both Russell Avenue and Redmond Avenue. There is also additional parking in the grassy lot across Redmond Avenue.

Do you have childcare?
Yes, a nursery for babies through three year olds is provided for all services. We have Preschool Church for preschoolers during the morning service. We also have a class for preschoolers on Wednesday night as well. All childcare takes place in the Children’s Building across the courtyard from the Sanctuary.

What classes are available for my family?
Sunday School classes are provided for every age and grade each Sunday at 9:45 a.m.

Do you run background checks on adult volunteers who work with children?
Yes. All of our adults who work with children and teenagers must pass a criminal background check before they can work with minors. We do everything we can to make certain that your children are safe when they attend our church.

Will I be asked to fill out information?
We provide registration cards inserted in the bulletins and we invite guests and members to fill one out and place it in the offering plate. On the back of the card is a space for you to write in your prayer requests.  These prayer requests are confidential and be assured, the staff will pray for your request on Monday morning. The staff makes contact with visitors who fill out a card; however, if you prefer to remain anonymous, or prefer not to be contacted, that’s okay. Nobody will pressure you for information.
